Most simply, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) is a study of how we tick. It helps us tune in to what motivates us, get a view on how we see the world and a way of moving forward to change limiting beliefs and outlooks. This in turn gives us access to more personal power so we can get a grip on what is really important to us.
From the very first session you will have a deeper understanding of what motivates you, what your strengths are and some practical steps to take to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Monthly follow up sessions can help to keep you on track and give you a chance to deal with problems as they arise. Plus you get bonus of being held to account. Follow ups are not necessary however. 1 session can be enough to give you that 1 degree of change that, over time, will lead to an amazing new results.
