2 Way Fit – Guaranteed Weight Loss Programme
Everyone knows how to stay healthy and in good shape – there’s no secret.
All it takes is regular exercise and eating habits that are appropriate for your body.
When you’re fit, toned and slim you feel fantastic.
You have more energy, better concentration, more self-confidence and you’re ill less often.
So why is it that so many people struggle to stay in shape?
Self-destructive patterns
We’ve all been there. You’re feeling unfit and flabby. So you dust off the bike, or buy some running shoes, or join a gym. For a while everything goes well – you lose some weight, gain a little fitness. This isn’t so hard!
But then the demands of work make it tricky to get to the gym, or the weather stops you cycling, or you’re ill for a week and then can’t seem to regain your fitness. Enthusiasm wanes; the excuses get easier to accept.
Before you know it you’ve lost motivation, your fitness starts fading and the weight creeps back on.
The energy evaporates, the self-confidence ebbs away and just about the only thing that makes you feel better is eating.
Breaking the pattern
Breaking this self-destructive pattern can seem a daunting prospect so it doesn’t hurt to get a little help – and that’s where 2 Way Fit comes in.
2 Way Fit is a new approach to fitness and weight management. It combines top-class personal fitness training with a fresh way to change your attitude towards eating.
2 Way Fit is a fitness programme with a difference. For three months you’ll have two trainers: one focusing on physical exercise and one on the psychological and emotional aspects of your relationship with eating.
The programme is a two-way street, with the trainers working together – and closely with you – to help you achieve your goals, whether that’s fitting into a smaller clothing size or a meeting a particular physical challenge.
Your trainers – Neilon Pitamber (of Neilon PT http://neilon.co.uk) and Rachael Thomas (of Purple Pumpkin hypnotherapy (http://purple-pumpkin.net) – work closely together to develop a tailor-made programme that really does work.
In fact Neilon and Rachael are so confident about their ability to help you achieve your goals that they offer a money-back guarantee.
How does it work?
At the start of the programme there’s an initial assessment and consultation session that includes a health check and a discussion about what you want to achieve and why it’s important to you.
Over the following three months you’ll have weekly one-to-one personal training sessions with Neilon and three one-to-one food management coaching sessions with Rachael.
The combination of Neilon’s tailored exercise programme and Rachael’s food management counselling will get you fitter and slimmer – and that’s guaranteed.
Provided you stick to your side of the deal – attending every session, providing regular feedback and carrying out all actions – you will be eligible for a full refund if you don’t hit the milestones you’ve agreed at the start of the programme.
What sort of exercise will I be doing?
Neilon will develop an exercise programme that suits you and your lifestyle. It will involve some focused fitness work but it will also build some regular exercise into your day-to-day life. So you might be encouraged to walk or cycle to work if you’re not already, or to use stairs instead of lifts, or engage in fun life-improving activities like dancing or simply taking up classes at the gym.
If you have specific physical goals – perhaps you’ve always wanted to be able to run 10km in a particular time, or complete the London to Brighton bike ride – Neilon will tailor your programme to help you achieve those goals.
How does the food coaching work?
The food management coaching will be with Rachael Thomas who graduated with a BSc in Mathematics at the University of York in 1989. She then earned a diploma in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching at the European College of Holistic Medicine in 2003, and was awarded her level 2 EFT Practitioner qualification at The EFT Centre in 2004. She also makes a great spaghetti bolognese in her new slow cooker.
It’s all very well depriving yourself of certain foods and drink for a while to lose weight, but if deprivation is at the core of your diet then you’ll probably just be one of the astonishing 97% of people who fail and end up bigger than they were before they started to diet!
The only way to alter your eating habits so you lose weight and keep it off is to change your attitude towards eating so that you only eat when you’re hungry and respond to your emotional needs in a different way.
The goal is to enjoy food when you’re eating and stop when you’re full – you won’t have to think about it, you really will just stop when you’ve had enough.
The full 3 month programme is £740 including full support and an option to buy top-up personal training sessions at a special rate of £35 per session.
